Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot accept returns. 

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WE CANNOT CHANGE IT AT YOUR REQUEST. WE  ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE WE MAIL YOUR ORDER. ALL OUR SHIPPED PACKAGES HAVE TRACKING NUMBER ON THEM. WE WILL EMAIL YOU WITH YOUR PACKAGE NUMBER ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception if the item is damaged contact the mailing carrier to see if they offer a refund. Unfortunately we are not responsible for how the mailing carrier handles packages. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

To be eligible for a refund, contact us within  1 hour of placing your order. It will insure that your package is unsent.
